Essential requirements

Minimum qualification required: Higher Education Degree (University Diploma or Bachelor's Degree), preferably in Medicine.
More than 4 years of demonstrable experience in the specific work area.
Oral and written proficiency in both official languages of Catalonia or, alternatively, the selected candidate must demonstrate or commit to acquiring adequate knowledge of both official languages within one year.
Advanced level of English.
Advanced proficiency in office software tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Skills will be valued
Experience with mechanical ventilation equipment and pulmonary function in laboratory rodents.
Experience in animal models of experimental asthma and in vitro airway remodeling models.
Experience in experimental immunology, induced sputum processing, and multiparametric flow cytometry.

Functions

On-site management of the Experimental Pulmonology Unit.
Development and execution of specialized tasks and innovation in experimental asthma, in vitro airway remodeling models, mesenchymal stem cell biology, cellular genetic modification, and production of recombinant biological agents.
Support tasks in basic science for the group’s research lines.
