Movement Disorders Unit. Neurology Department.

Essential requirements

Minimum qualification required: PhD degree or medical/scientific specialty training (MIR, QUIR, FIR, BIR).
More than 4 years of proven experience in the specific field of work.
Oral and written proficiency in the two official languages of Catalonia or, alternatively, the selected candidate must demonstrate, or commit to acquiring within a maximum period of one year, adequate proficiency in both languages.
Advanced level of English.
Advanced proficiency in office software tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Skills will be valued
Demonstrated prior interest (conference presentations, publications) in Movement Disorders.

Functions

Participate in research projects.
Recruit and follow up participants enrolled in clinical studies.
Manage research databases and perform data analysis.

Offered

Permanent employment contract linked to the Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders research line.
Annual working schedule of 1,627.5 hours (37.5 hours per week).
Salary according to the applicable collective agreement.
Research Group: Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders.
Comprehensive training in Movement Disorders through active participation in the unit's clinical, research and teaching activities, together with the opportunity to undertake a PhD thesis.
