Call for a T2 – Research Technician PMPER24 ISCIII the Neuropediatrics Unit. Deadline: June 10, 2026, 3:00 pm

About the Group

The Neuropediatrics Unit is dedicated to the study of neurological disorders within the pediatric field, especially diseases of genetic and rare origin.

Essential requirements

Minimum required qualification: Higher Education Degree (University Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree) or equivalent.
Oral and written proficiency in the two official languages of Catalonia or, alternatively, the selected candidate must demonstrate or commit to acquiring adequate proficiency in both official languages within a maximum period of one year.
Intermediate level of English.
Intermediate level of office software tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Skills will be valued
Knowledge in neuropediatrics and pediatric stroke.
Experience in pediatric patient care.
Knowledge in performing and basic interpretation of EEGs.
Knowledge in clinical data entry (RedCap).

Functions

Performing and basic interpretation of EEGs.
Neurological examination of pediatric patients.
Data collection in the RedCap database.

Offered

Temporary contract linked to the project “PReDICT: Pediatric stroke associated with rare diseases: diagnosis and treatment integrating multi-omics and artificial intelligence”. “Instituto de Salud Carlos III (ISCIII)” as the funding entity of project PMPER24/00021 and the Next Generation EU funds, which finance the actions of the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF).
Annual working schedule of 813 hours (18.75 hours/week).
Salary according to collective agreement.
Research Group: Pediatrics.
