Call for a AUL- Laboratory Assistant the Inflammatory Diseases Group. Deadline: May 2, 2026, 15:00 h.

About the Unit / Group

The Inflammatory Diseases Group is a multidisciplinary team. Our research objectives are:

a) to study the etiopathogenic mechanisms of immune-mediated diseases in order to

develop tools that enable progress toward more personalized medicine;

b) to identify biomarkers of response to immunotherapy treatments in cancer and chronic

inflammatory diseases to select the most appropriate drugs and identify the patient

populations that may benefit;

c) to analyze the role of the immune system in the pathogenesis of autoimmune processes,

immunodeficiencies, and immunosenescence

Essential requirements

Minimum qualification required Intermediate Professional Studies Training (Intermediate Training Cycle / FPI) or equivalent
Oral and written knowledge of the two official languages of Catalonia or, failing that, the successful candidate will have to demonstrate, or promise to obtain, within a period not exceeding one year, a correct knowledge of the two official languages of Catalonia.
Intermediate knowledge of office tools (excel, word, power point, etc). Skills will be valued
Internships in groups working in Immunology
Experience with procedures involving human samp

Functions

Processing and storage of biological samples.
Application of laboratory techniques and quality control.
Support in technical tasks and laboratory material management.

Offered

Temporary contract due to production circumstances.
Annual working hours: 1,627.50 hours (37.5 hours/week).
Salary according to agreement.
