Essential requirements

  • Minimum qualification required: Higher Education (University Degree)
  • Specialized training in Pediatric Physiotherapy.
  • Oral and written knowledge of the two official languages of Catalonia or, failing that, the successful candidate will have to demonstrate, or promise to obtain, within a period not exceeding one year, a correct knowledge of the two official languages of Catalonia.
  • Advanced level of English
  • Advanced knowledge of office tools (excel, word, power point, etc). Skills will be valued
  • Work experience in the area of care in Pediatric Oncohematology: inpatient unit, pediatric intensive care unit and ambulatory.
  • Work experience in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy.
  • Experience in the teaching field as a university professor in the Physiotherapy Degree.
  • Experience in the teaching field as an internship tutor for the Physiotherapy Degree.
  • Ability to organize and work in a team.

Functions

  • Supervise the exercise program of the project "PILOT STUDY OF FEASIBILITY, SAFETY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF A COMBINED AND SUPERVISED PHYSICAL EXERCISE PROGRAM IN CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS UNDERGOING ALLOGENEIC TRANSPLANTATION OF HEMATOPOEITIC PROGENITORS: HIIT-FIT- KIDS-ALLO-T-TRIAL "
  • Supervision and execution of the exercises that will be done by the intervention group of the participants
  • Guide and monitor the exercises for the participants to perform in the phase of rehabilitation

Offered

  • Indefinite contract linked to the project: "Pilot study of feasibility, safety and effectiveness of a combined and supervised physical exercise program in children and adolescents undergoing allogeneic transplantation of hematopoietic progenitors: HIIT-FIT -KIDS-ALLO-T-TRIAL.
  • Annual working day of 520 hours (10 hours/week).
  • Remuneration according to agreement.
  • Research Group: Pediatrics (Pediatric Oncology).
