Call for a AC6- Study Coordinator the Medicine Research Center. Deadline: 21 June 2026, 3:00 pm

About the Unit / Group

CIM carries out clinical trials of drugs and/or clinical research in compliance with the requirement methodological, ethical and legal in the context of international GCP guidelines.

Research as a business unit:

Phase I clinical trials (without therapeutic interest for the participants) in populations
special and healthy volunteers (bioequivalence, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and
pharmacodynamics, first administration in humans).
Phase II Clinical Trials.
Collaboration with HSCSP researchers in phase II, III and IV clinical trials.

Essential requirements

Minimum qualification required: Higher Education (Bachelor's Degree, University Degree) in Health Sciences
Specific training in Clinical Trials (Master's degree in Clinical Trial Monitoring) or 2 years of accredited professional experience in a similar position
Training in Good Clinical Practice and Quality standards
Oral and written knowledge of the two official languages of Catalonia or, failing that, the successful candidate will have to demonstrate, or promise to obtain, within a period not exceeding one year, a correct knowledge of the two official languages of Catalonia.
Advanced level of English
Advanced knowledge of office tools (excel, word, power point, etc). Skills will be valued
Experience in coordinating AACC in the hospital environment
Previous experience in similar sites
AACC Coordination and/or Monitoring training
Training and/or specific experience in Medical Oncology
Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices
Mastery of the Office package, Databases, electronic mail

Functions

Coordinator of clinical trials
Registration and procedure for inclusion of patients in clinical studies
Management and follow-up of the schedule of tests and visits of patients included in studies clinical
Data management and completion of CRD and/or eCRD
Communication and monitoring of adverse effects (Aes. SAEs, AESIs)
Assistance and support to the monitor/pre-start, start, monitoring and/or closing visits
Preparation of the necessary documentation for the start-up process, start/close visits, monitoring and audits
Management and maintenance documentation of the Researcher's Archive
Database management and maintenance
I support the research staff and monitors
Medication dispensing in web systems
Support for translational research in the recovery, processing and management of biological samples
Attendance at the meetings of Study Coordinator and Researchers for each of the studies

Offered

Six-month fixed-term contract due to production-related circumstances to undertake tasks arising from a temporary and unforeseeable increase in workload within the unit.
Annual working day of 1,627.50 hours (37.5 hours/week)
Remuneration according to agreement
