Call for a A3B Senior Administrative Technician the Information Systems Unit. Deadline: February 18th, 2026, 3:00 pm

About the Unit / Group

The Information Systems Unit is responsible for ensuring that IT systems are reliable, secure, and efficient for all users within the organisation.

  • Technology infrastructure management: servers, networks, IT equipment, mobile devices, and operating systems.
  • Technical support: assistance to internal users, from basic troubleshooting to advanced support for specific systems or applications.
  • Information security: implementation of security policies, audits, access control, backups, and incident response.
  • Systems development and implementation: collaboration with other areas to develop, implement, and maintain IT systems and solutions.
  • Technology project management: planning, coordination, and supervision of new technologies, system upgrades, data migrations, and related projects.

Essential requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Higher Education degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s or equivalent) relevant to the position.
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Junior Management Technician or equivalent.
  • Oral and written proficiency in Catalonia’s two official languages. Catalan level C or commitment to acquire it within one year.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • More than 4 years of proven experience in IT service management.
  • More than 4 years of proven experience administering MS365 environments. Skills will be valued Certifications:
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
  • ITIL Foundation Experience:
  • +5 years in IT environment administration and management
  • +2 years managing or collaborating on systems projects
  • +5 years managing MS365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune)
  • +2 years managing Linux environments
  • Basic infrastructure management
  • Experience with incident and request management systems (GLPI, JIRA…) Other:
  • Knowledge of security and best practices
  • Teamwork skills
  • Prioritisation skills
  • Oriented to solving complex problems and continuous improvement
  • Procedure documentation
  • Proactivity

Functions

  • Management and administration of MS365 environments
  • Management of groups, roles, and permissions
  • Asset management
  • ITIL service management
  • Handling N2 incidents related to MS365 and systems
  • Collaboration on systems projects
  • IT infrastructure management (networks, servers, VMware, Wintel, Linux…)
  • Other departmental support task

Offered

  • Permanent contract
  • Annual working time of 1,627.50 hours (37.5 hours/week)
  • Salary according to collective agreement
