Call for a A3A – Junior Management Technician the Quality Unit. Deadline: 26 June 2026, 15:00 h.
About the Unit / Group
The Quality Assurance Unit manages the establishment of evaluation mechanisms for the Quality and Good Scientific Practices of the Institute, promoting continuous improvement and excellence in management. It also ensures the quality of Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products manufactured in the Clean Room.
Essential requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology.
- Training and experience in the regulatory framework of Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Oral and written proficiency in Catalonia's two official languages. Candidates should hold Catalan Level C certification or, alternatively, demonstrate or commit to acquiring adequate proficiency in both official languages within one year.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Advanced knowledge of office software tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Skills will be valued
- Master's degree or postgraduate qualification in the pharmaceutical industry field.
- Experience implementing quality management systems in Clinical Trials.
- Experience conducting Clinical Trial audits.
- Experience in a research institution.
- Experience working with the Scilife document management system.
- Analytical skills, teamwork, initiative, organizational ability, and task prioritization skills.
Functions
- Preparation of procedures, records, change controls, risk management processes, non-conformities, deviations, and supplier management activities applicable to Clinical Trials, ensuring compliance and updating documentation according to applicable regulations.
- Monitoring Good Clinical Practice compliance at CIM Sant Pau and within the Clinical Trials area of the Hospital Pharmacy Department.
- Collaboration in extending certification scope to the Phase I/II Medical Oncology Clinical Trials Unit.
- Conducting internal Clinical Trial audits as an independent Quality Unit.
- Conducting supplier audits.
- Equipment qualification and validation.
- Regulatory compliance advice and support.
- Ensuring planned activities are carried out effectively, on time, and according to Unit priorities and objectives, while adapting to an evolving regulatory environment.
- Performing any additional tasks required within the Unit.
- Managing the eQMS to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Delivering training and promoting a quality culture.
Offered
- Permanent contract.
- Annual working time of 1,627.5 hours (37.5 hours/week).
- Salary according to the applicable collective agreement.
