Essential requirements
- Minimum required qualification: Higher Vocational Training Diploma (Advanced Vocational Education / FPII equivalent).
- Proven professional experience.
- Oral and written proficiency in the two official languages of Catalonia. Catalan level C or, alternatively, the selected candidate must demonstrate or commit to acquiring adequate proficiency in both official languages of Catalonia within a maximum period of one year.
- Intermediate level of office software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Skills will be valued
- Experience in document management using SharePoint, including advanced use of libraries, metadata, version control, and repository structuring.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, particularly in healthcare or pharmaceutical environments.
- Knowledge of cleanroom processes, including critical parameters, environmental monitoring records, and traceability requirements.
- Strong document analysis skills, including the identification of obsolete documents, gaps, and inconsistencies.
- Proficiency in digital data collection tools, including the creation of forms and data collection systems (Google Forms, Microsoft Forms).
Functions
- Organize the SharePoint repository for the medication preparation area according to document control and traceability standards.
- Review and update existing documentation, including versions, validity, consistency, and signatures.
- Identify missing documents according to regulations, healthcare practice requirements, and ISO standards.
- Upload and classify all documentation within the repository.
- Design a daily recording system for critical cleanroom parameters.
- Standardize indicators such as pressure, temperature, cabinets, particle counts, thermodisinfector records, and related parameters.
- Ensure documentation is available and properly maintained for the internal audit scheduled for September 2026.

- Annual working schedule of 1,627.50 hours (37.5 hours per week).
