Call for a 2 AC6A - Study Coordinator the Pharmacy Research Group. Deadline: May 5, 2026, 15:00 h.

About the Unit / Group

The aim of our research group is to study and improve medication use and optimize patient outcomes through research and evidence-based practice.

Essential requirements

  • Minimum qualification required: Higher Education (Bachelor's Degree, University Degree) in Health Sciences.
  • Specific training in Clinical Trials (Master's degree in Clinical Trial Monitoring) or 2 years of accredited professional experience in a similar position.
  • Training in Good Clinical Practice and Quality standards.
  • Oral and written knowledge of the two official languages of Catalonia or, failing that, the successful candidate will have to demonstrate, or promise to obtain, within a period not exceeding one year, a correct knowledge of the two official languages of Catalonia.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Advanced knowledge of office tools (excel, word, power point, etc). Skills will be valued
  • Experience in clinical trial management.
  • Experience in quality management systems.
  • Knowledge of current regulations applicable to sample management in clinical research.
  • Ability to work in a team and also lead projects.

Functions

  • Management of clinical trials within the Pharmacy Service: coordination with research teams, sponsors, and CROs.
  • Management of the preparation of medications for clinical research.
  • Implement, maintain, and defend a quality management system related to clinical trials during external audits.

Offered

  • Permanent contract linked to the project “Improvement of processes in clinical trial management and support in the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 quality standards”
  • Annual working hours: 1,627.50 hours (37.5 hours/week)
  • Salary according to agreement
