The Neurobiology of Dementia Research Group, led by Dr. Alberto Lleó, is a team of neurologists, biologists and psychologists that work together to advance knowledge and care of neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer disease.The aim of this cause is to support the main research lines of the group:

ction of Alzheimer disease and new treatments to slow down progression.

Genomics of complex disease
The Genomics of complex disease reseach group, led by Dr. José Manuel Soria, works to identify genetic factors that cause the major venous disorders, particularly thrombosis and varicose veins (chronic venous insufficiency). The multidisciplinary team consists of biologists, biochemists, bioinformaticians, haematologists, oncologists and vascular specialists, who together focus on comprehensive diagnosis, prevention and treatment of these diseases.

Information on data collection for information and fiscal purposes
Donations made to the organization can avail of the benefits provided for in Law 49/2002 (on the tax regime governing non-profit entities and tax incentives to patronage) and Law 27/2014 (governing corporation tax). Donations can benefit from deductions in regard to income tax (individuals) and corporation tax (businesses). Certificates certifying the donation will be issued for tax purposes.
