On Tuesday, April 25 at 6 p.m., Dr. María Virtudes Céspedes, PhD, coordinator of the Gynecological and Peritoneal Oncology (GOGYP) group at the IIB Sant Pau, will give a talk at the Navas Civic Center on gynecological cancers and their implications for the nervous system.
The talk will discuss aspects of the involvement of the nervous system in tumor progression and dissemination in gynecological cancers. Both the neuroendocrine aspects and the direct influence of the autonomic nervous system will be discussed.
